Saturday Injury Recovery & Fitness Classes

Taught by experts on injury recovery for all areas of the body:
Dr. Dominique Biner, DC,CPT
Jerry Yuhara, CPT, CMT#75123

Join us 3 Saturdays a month online @9am, we will teach you how to exercise, stretch, and move to help you recover from injuries or prevent them. Each Saturday we will focus on a specific area of the body like the low back, shoulder, or neck.
Schedule:
  • 5/30: Low Back Fitness
  • 6/06: Shoulder Health
  • 6/13: Core Fitness & Balance
A great class for those who:
  • Want to make a FULL recovery from an old injury.
  • Want to make the transition from physical therapy to active life.
  • Want to learn ideal corrective and strengthening exercises for their issue.
  • Need to prevent future re-injury and pain.

Details:
Saturdays @9am.  Three Saturdays a month.
Live online via Zoom teaching you from Silicon Valley Fit while shelter in place.
