We all have different issues and each person requires an individualized approach. After a complete physical, nutritional and orthopedic assessment, we design a very specific program. We monitor, adjust, modify and reevaluate continuously to see that you achieve your goals in a healthy, safe, efficient and sustainable manner.
Our approaches are science and evidence based so you don’t have to worry about filtering out the latest fads in fitness, nutrition or medicine. We work with clients that have a wide range of goals and concerns.
What we do:
We have the pleasure of working with young athletes, introducing them to the wonderful world of training and fitness in a safe and caring environment. Did you know that it takes roughly 300 repetitions to set a pattern and over 5000 repetitions to correct one? We’ll help them learn the proper techniques from the start so they can begin their life-long fitness journey both properly and safely.
We help advanced athletes develop their skills and improve their performance through specific programs. Based on their skill-level, We focus on their needs to ensure they’re functioning and playing at their best.
We design programs to prepare clients for orthopedic related surgeries and assist them during the post-Rehabilitation process. Whether you’re recovering from rotator cuff surgery or a hip replacement, we can help.
Are you a weekend warrior that wants to improve your abilities, prevent injuries, or figure out a recovery plan? We’ve got your back! We’ll provide an individualized program to help you meet your goals, no matter what they are. We will make the necessary adjustments to address any temporary setbacks.
And for the desk athletes out there that are wondering where to start? We can help you with a fitness program of your own. It doesn’t matter if you’re a novice or have plenty of experience under your belt. Together, we can help you reach your fitness and training goals.
We have an experienced team at Silicon Valley Fit that will help you reach your goal with an approach that incorporates personal training, chiropractic and body work.
