We all have different issues and each person requires an individualized approach. After a complete physical, nutritional and orthopedic assessment, we design a very specific program. We monitor, adjust, modify and reevaluate continuously to see that you achieve your goals in a healthy, safe, efficient and sustainable manner. Our approaches are science and evidence based so you don’t have to worry about filtering out the latest fads in fitness, nutrition or medicine. We work with clients that have a wide range of goals and concerns.
We have the pleasure to work with young athletes to introduce them to the wonderful world of fitness and training in a safe and caring environment. Considering the fact that is takes somewhere around 300 repetitions to set a pattern and over 5000 repetitions to correct a pattern, learning the proper way from day one will help them start a life long journey properly and safely.
We also help advanced athletes develop their skills and improve their performance through specific programs. We will focus on the needs and skill of the sport they are involved with.
We design programs to prepare clients for orthopedic related surgeries and help them during their post-Rehabilitation.
If you are a weekend warrior and find yourself at a loss as to what to do to improve or prevent (or deal with) an injury, we can help you design a program and check back to update it.
We definitely have many options for the desk athletes... and can help you start a program, especially if you don't know where to start... No matter how novice or advanced and comfortable you are with training and fitness, we are here to help you reach your desired level.
We work with our clients to increase strength and energy levels, treat and prevent injuries, and in many cases, prevent disease and slow the aging process. We have an experienced team that will help you reach your goal with an approach that incorporates personal training, chiropractic and body work.
